Former Life Span client Stephanie, is featured in a Human Rights Watch report by Sarah Tofte,  "I Thought The Law Would Protect Me: Illinois's Failure to Test Rape Kits."  Link to the Human Rights Watch press release and report:  Most Rape Kits Never Tested in Illinois.

Life Span is one of the first agencies in the country to practice Civil No Contact Orders (CNCO) for victims of Sexual Assault.  Life Span staff were also consulted in the writing of this report.
