We have built a national reputation for excellence and innovation in program development and service delivery.
Our legal staff works together with counselors in the same agency, each discipline informing the others, to provide a unique, cohesive response to the violence that permeates the lives of our clients and their children.
Our comprehensive service design affords clients the best chance to achieve safety and freedom from violence.

- Legal representation in order of protection and family law cases, including divorce, parenting and child support cases;
- Criminal court advocacy throughout the Cook County criminal justice system;
- Counseling for survivors in English, Spanish and Polish;
- Group counseling for survivors in English, Spanish and Polish;
- Counseling for children exposed to domestic violence;
- Outreach, education & counseling for adolescents regarding violence in their relationships;
- Civil legal remedies for sexual assault;
- Immigration representation for domestic and sexual violence victims;
